Principle seven, contribution. Take a moment to think about the word contribution or discontribution into you atune. Believe that is very important. Have to have an understanding of our basic human needs and also feel happy and fulfilled in life. Did you know that we all have basic human needs? Here is some of our basic human needs. Yes, food, water, an ANA, home are also important. Did you know the following basic human needs? Certainty is the desire for a guaranteed outcome that will either create pain or pleasure. Phrase is a desire to for acknowledge and respected. Uncertainty is a desire for change. Contribution is a desire to be of service to others. Encouragement is a desire to feel supported. Connection is a desire to connect with others and not feel alone. Love is a desire to give and receive love. Safety is a desire to see, to feel and protect, to feel safe and protected. Significance is a desire to feel important and seen as unique, special and...

...worthy. Individual growth is a desire to obtain knowledge, for example, and banking it bulking, embarking on a journey of selfdiscovery. I think preache encouragement, certainty, uncertainty and contribution connection, love, safety and growth make us feel good when we learn to find healthy ways to fulfill these basic needs. Me and my family once watch movie called paid forward. The movie taught me how powerful each and every one of us are. Yes, I'm talking to you, because you are enough. By watching the movie, I also learned that one act of kindness has the power to transform the lives of others and the entire world. I challenge you to do at least three kind things to three people that you see during the next twenty four hours. If they thank you and asks how they can repay you or why you did it, just say because I can, and now you choose to pay forward, because together we can make the world a better place, one good deed at a time.
